Step 1: Initial Consultation/Pre-Qualification
The first step in applying for a working capital line of credit with Allied Financial Corporation of Delaware Valley is your initial phone consultation. Your phone consultation will be with an AFCDV decision maker that will be able to pre-qualify your loan request!
Once pre-qualified, AFCDV will work with you to get the funding you need within the timeframe your business requires.
Step 2: Review of Financial Documentation
Shortly after the initial pre-qualifying consultation, you will receive an email from your decision maker requesting information on you and your business.
Step 4: In-Person Meeting and Expression of Interest
Once you have submitted your information for review, a member of our business financing team will call you to set up a face-to-face meeting. These meeting generally last about an hour and give us the opportunity to learn more about your business and outline possible financing solutions.
Following this meeting, Allied Financial of Delaware Valley will issue an Expression of Interest (EOI) letter within 48 hours (or less) if we believe the opportunity is a good fit.
Step 5: EOI Acceptance
Upon acceptance of the EOI letter and receipt of a deposit for out-of-pocket processing expenses, the loan closing is scheduled.
Prior to the loan closing, the tax, lien, and judgment searches are completed and the UCC1 s are filed. The field examination is also completed during this time. In most cases the field examination is conducted on-site, but on occasion the examination can be done from our offices in Turnersville.
Step 6: Closing and Funding
The loan closing is almost always completed at the borrower’s location. Original, executed loan documents are sent overnight to the main corporate office in Atlanta for final review. Funding is possible the day the loan documents are received and reviewed.
